All of our Promotional
Pens & Writing Instruments are provided with
FREE GROUND SHIPPING via UPS or FedEx. All other promotional items do
require shipping to be paid. You
are more than welcome to purchase expedited if desired. Free
shipping applies to domestic shipment within the United States, however we do
offer international shipping via Bongo International. Please contact us
for a quote or you can checkout online.

FREE 24-HR RUSH
We offer a FREE 24-Hour Production Rush on certain products. FREE Rush Products will
ship 24 hours after your artwork e-proof is approved. View

What if I need a RUSH on a NON-RUSH Item?
Most of our products have production rushes available, but there my be rush fees
associated. Just let us know your in-hands date and we'll get any
rush fees
quoted for you. We do our best to pick the cheaper of expediting shipping and
applying a rush service to an order. Contact customer service at (877)

Turnaround times vary from factory to factory, here are some of
standard brand name turn times:

(selected items available for a 24 hour rush)
Hub Pen - 5 Days
(selected items available for a 24 hour rush)
Paper Mate Pens - 5-7 Days (selected items available for
Free 24 hour rush & Free 3-day rush)
Parker Pens - 5-10 Days
Quill Pens - 5-10 Days
(Add 5 extra days for die struck emblems)
Shaeffer Pens - 5 Days
Sharpie Markers - 5-7 Days
Waterman Pens - 5-7 Days
Uni-Ball Pens - 5-7 Days (selected items available
for Free 24 hour rush)
