SUBMITTING YOUR ARTWORK
After you have checked out online you will be given a 4 digit order number. Send your artwork and/or logo to [email protected], and make sure to include your order number.


What kind of format does my artwork need to be in?
We prefer to have vector artwork in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF formats. However, we will accept anything that you may have .JPG, .TIFF, .GIF, .PSD, .PNG, etc. You can even send us clip art mixed with your company slogan imprinted on your promotional pens.


What is an Artwork E-Proof?
We send all of our customers Artwork E-Proofs, via email within 24 hours of your order being placed. Artwork e-proofs are usually a .PDF file attached to an email. To approve your artwork simply reply back and state "I APPROVE" or "I DO NOT APPROVE" and note the changes to be made. Your order will not go into production until your artwork has been approved.

What if I have a RUSH Order, will I still get an E-Proof?
YES. If you hare a RUSH Order we usually will get your artwork proof emailed out the same day IF your artwork is already in vector art. If your logo is not in vector art your e-proof will not be ready until the next day.
