- $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING PER FACTORY.
- SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE.
- SAMPLES MAY BE BLANK OR RANDOMLY IMPRINTED.

SHIPPING COST: $5 per brand shipping location: For Example: BIC and Paper Mate ship from two different locations, you can order two BIC pens and two Paper Mate pens and your total shipping cost is $10.00 (which is $5 per shipping location). If you are ordering three BIC Pens, your sample total is $5. NOTE: Paper Mate, Uniball, Sharpie, Parker, Quill, and Waterman all ship from the same location.

WHAT YOU ARE CHARGED TODAY WHEN YOU CHECKOUT:
Checking out this product online, your credit card will only be authorized for $5 in shipping. If your sample order is more than $5 OR if additional shipping is required to process your order, we'll contact you within one business day with a revised invoice. You'll have to approve your invoice before your order is charged and shipped. In additional, if you provided a valid UPS/FEDEX Shipping Number, we will immediately refund/cancel the $5 shipping charge. We will NEVER charge your card more than you have approved.

SHIPPING ON YOUR FEDEX /UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER:
We will be happy to ship your samples on your FEDEX or UPS account number, please enter your shipper number when you checkout and we will remove the $5 credit card authorization charge for shipping. You can also contact customer service to place your sample order, and if there are not additional charges credit card information is not required.
