- ONLY SHIPS UPS/FEDEX GROUND.
- $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING PER FACTORY.
- SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE.
- SAMPLES MAY BE BLANK OR RANDOMLY IMPRINTED.

For Example: BIC and Paper Mate ship from two different locations, you can order two BIC pens and two Paper Mate pens and your total shipping cost is $10.00. (NOTE: Paper Mate, Uniball, Sharpie, Parker, Quill, and Waterman all ship from the same location.)

SHIPPING COST: $5 per brand shipping location - Shipping will default to $5 when you checkout.  If there are any additional shipping or product charges we will contact you with a revised invoice showing any additional charges. *Additional charges must be approved by you before we will process your order.*

SHIPPING ON YOUR FEDEX/UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER:
We will be happy to ship your samples on your FEDEX or UPS account number, please enter your shipper number when you checkout and we will remove the $5 credit card authorization charge for shipping. You can also contact customer service to place your sample order, and if there are not additional charges credit card information is not required.
